The Grand White Lion Tree Lighting Ceremony

We’re also excited to be bringing some Christmas magic to Niton with our Grand White Lion Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.

This special community celebration will follow the village Lantern Parade, with the Christmas lights officially switched on by the 2026 Ventnor Carnival Queen.

It promises to be a wonderful afternoon and evening for the whole village to come together, celebrate the start of the festive season and enjoy some Christmas cheer at The White Lion.
